No, it is essential to present your driving license when renting a RebelCar vehicle.
If you rent a vehicle from our platform www.rebelcar.com, you will receive a reservation confirmation by email with all the relevant information when booking. You can present yourself with this confirmation to the agency to collect your vehicle on the reserved date. Above all, think about your driver's license and ID 😉
If you hire a vehicle through us, i.e. call us directly, this will be agreed with our live sales manager and you will arrange an appointment to collect your vehicle.
All RebelCar vehicles are comprehensively insured by Baloise, so you can immediately call the emergency number 00800 24 800 800. It is imperative to notify them and also call RebelCar on 0041 77 484 26 74 to notify our manager facts.

It is quite possible to extend the rental as long as this is confirmed by our sales manager. If this is the case, call us on 0041 77 484 26 74 and we will inform you whether or not it is possible to extend the rental on the rented car.
According to our terms and conditions:
If you cancel your reservation at least 3 days before the date and time of the rental, a cancellation fee of 50.00CHF will apply as compensation.
If you cancel your rental within 3 days prior to the date and time of picking up the vehicle indicated in your reservation, an indemnity of 100.00CHF will be invoiced.
If you do not pick up your vehicle at the agency and have not canceled beforehand, your reservation will be charged. There will be no reimbursement from the lessor.
Yes, all RebelCar vehicles are insured for third party drivers as well. In the event of a claim, only the tenant is responsible.
Vehicles can be picked up every day from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. face-to-face with our agent on site. For a vehicle collection outside these hours, please contact our agency beforehand on 0041 77 484 26 74.
With regard to the return of the vehicle, this can take place at any time (according to the time indicated) at our agency/relay point at the Hôtel Campanile in Martigny.
